Hello and Thank-you for visiting That FIFO Fam. My Name is Elysia and this is my husband and our 3 beautiful children.
I am the owner of That FIFO Fam and author of My FIFO Dad & My FIFO Mum. After living the Fly-in fly-out life for 8 years i was always trying new ways to help the kids adjust and still feel like their Dad was always here and seeing all their accomplishments and milestones. I looked and searched for resources that would explain and share ways to navigate this for them, but there was always a very limited number of things.
